Byoto (“Byoto”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by the Byoto team based at 22nd Main Road, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka 560102, India. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our website or use our services.

- Information you give us: business name, contact name, phone number, email address, and any details you submit through our forms or send us by email.
- Account & usage data: if you become a Byoto customer, the information your team stores in the product (such as notes, orders and customer details you choose to capture), and basic usage logs that help us keep the service stable and secure.
- Website analytics: standard, aggregated information your browser sends — such as page views, device type and approximate location — used only to understand usage at a high level.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and onboard you to Byoto if you ask us to.
- To run, support and improve the Byoto service for your team.
- To send transactional and account-related notifications.
- To send occasional product updates — only to opted-in business contacts, and only with an easy way to opt out (see our messaging & opt-in policy).
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers we rely on to run Byoto — for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, form processing, and analytics — under contracts that require them to protect your data.
- Authorities, if required to comply with the law or a valid legal request.
- Successors, if Byoto is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we will tell you in advance and your data will continue to be protected.
