Why Byoto exists.
Most small businesses run on WhatsApp. Orders, quotes, follow-ups, customer preferences, stock updates — they live across chats, groups and people. It works, until it doesn’t: a number gets missed, a quote is forgotten, a customer detail is repeated three different ways.
Byoto is a business memory tool. It quietly turns those everyday conversations into one searchable place the whole business can rely on — without changing the way you already work.
How we approach it
- Useful before clever. Every feature has to answer a question someone is already asking on the floor, on the phone, or in chat.
- AI as a tool. We use modern AI inside Byoto to make search, summarisation and follow-ups feel natural — but it sits alongside the people running the business, not in front of them.
- Built in India, for India first. Local languages, mixed-script chats, patchy connectivity and small screens are first-class concerns.
